Real experiences please (no armchair opinions svp)

Medial compartment osteoarthritis in the right knee means I'm looking for a bike that does not weigh about 600lb with 55 lb of fuel at my chest level.

I'm considering two directions; much smaller, or much lower.

Ii want a Honda because I really like my local dealer for parts, service, etc.

So, could anyone WHO ACTUALLY HAS RIDDEN ONE please tell me what they think of the CB500X, the NC750X, the CTX1300, and a 2001 era Gold Wing for "WTF, I thought this was level ground" and "I have to move this thing backwards out of the garage" situations. Also, what if I want to ride fully loaded, 2 up. For perspective, I had a CX500 Silverwing, fully faired and two hard bags, for a weekend two-up and it was fine on all non-400 highways, and was able to handle the latter although not passing anyone for sure. But FFS, the thing would do 160 km/h flat out, what else do you really need?

If my Varadero handled at walking pace like it does at 10 km/h, I'd likely keep it indefinitely. But life intervenes.

Thanks and cheers.
